Leading Change

How to reduce Stress and improve Results

Is leading transformation amid a fluctuating pandemic wearing you out? Are you finding it exhausting to try and get everyone on the same page pulling together? Are your empathy reserves running low? You are not alone. Now more than ever we need tools that help us lead through change and reduce the stress and effort. Join us to explore a straightforward approach that amalgamates design thinking, neuroscience, and organization psychology to build trust and confidence and enable clear, cohesive understanding of all the technology, process, people and policy aspects of any change in less time, with less mental and emotional effort.

SPEAKER: Louise A Harris

PhD, CMC, CCMP

Louise has worked with organizations to design and implement challenging digital and process transformations for over 30 years as an enterprise architect, a program director, and a certified management consultant. Her passion for helping organizations advance in collaborative, stakeholder centric design led her to embark on a PhD researching easier and more effective ways of engaging stakeholders, building commitment, and improving results. Louise is an accomplished speaker, educator, and hands on consultant. She is a lecturer at Memorial University in Canada and founder of the Change Design Institute. She can often be found performing ecological maintenance on the East Coast Trail with her two goats.
