Digital Delivery is the new normal for the Nova Scotia Digital Service. Now what?

The past two years have been anything but normal for the team at Nova Scotia Digital Service (NSDS) and, more importantly, for our user community. Less than two years ago, the Nova Scotia Digital Service was created bringing together a traditional IT team with a small but mighty digital team. With a mission to rapidly deliver secure user centric digital services, we went into 2020 with optimism. Almost twelve months later, our optimism is in tack as is our commitment to delivery. This presentation will highlight how the NSDS is embracing digital delivery by building services that meet user needs while also responding to a global pandemic. It will also highlight the challenges and opportunities that our mature service management processes encountered as we navigated the pandemic and our new world of digital.

SPEAKER: Tracy Fiander-Trask
