Attend our March networking breakfast and discuss your favorite (or least favorite) metrics and KPIs. We will kick-off the session with a short review of quantitative research insights into high performing and low performing technology organizations based on work of DORA – the Devops Research & Assessment team (which has recently been acquired by Alphabet / Google). While the focus of this work is traditionally more on the software development domain, it touches infrastructure aspects as well. And it won’t be a surprise if some findings make you uncomfortable and be challenged.
If time permits, we will also touch on defining business value and if it is possible to measure it through KPIs or metrics in general.
This event is intended to be interactive, feel free to send your favorite or least favorite report on metrics (in an anonymized version) and share their story.
