Presenter Bio:  Todd Larocque

Mr. Todd Larocque is a Senior ITSM Consultant, Solution / Application Architect and ITIL Specialist with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. Mr. Larocque has planned, implemented, and supported information technology service management (ITSM) solutions, using industry best practices, for a variety of Federal government and private sector clients including, but not limited to Veterans Affairs Canada, Agriculture & Agri-Foods Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Department of National Defence and City of Ottawa. He holds the ITIL Service Manager (Masters) certification and has designed, developed and configured ITSM tools to support enterprise processes for Incident, Problem, Service Request, Configuration Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, Business and Technical Service Catalogues, Dashboard reporting and Service Level Management.
