Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are based on a sliding scale
and is as follows:

April 6, 2010 – September 1, 2010
Cancellation will be subject to a $25.00 Administration Fee

September1, 2010 – September 15, 2010
Cancellation Fee will be $50.00
(includes Administration Fee)

September 15, 2010 – September 30, 2010
Cancellation Fee will be $75.00
(includes Administration Fee)

After September 30, 2010
No credit or refunds will be given on the cancellation.

*Please note that substitutions can be made up until September 30th without fee. itSMF Canada will not assume liability for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event
