Remedy 7 IT Service Management Suite

Practitioner Forum

Come out and discuss Remedy 7 with your peers!

The itSMF Southern Alberta Practitioner Forums are designed so that local itSMF members and non-members can meet and share information, experience, knowledge, thoughts and ideas in regards to specific topics of interest in the community.

Are you just starting to implement Remedy? Have you successfully completed your rollout and want to share your experiences? No matter what stage you are at, join us for a discussion with input from different practitioners on implementing Remedy 7 as a tool to support your ITIL processes and workflow.

During the luncheon, a short presentation on The City’s Remedy 7 implementation will be followed by a round table discussion on a number of topics including: reporting, approvals, task management, work order management and the service request console.

When: Thursday, March 18, 2010

12:00 – 13:30 - Practitioner Forum
13:30 – 15:00 – Optional Discussion with Functional and Technical Analysts - See Note


Where: City of Calgary Municipal Building - 800 MacLeod Trail, Calgary, Alberta

 

 

Meet inside at the Main Entrance at the Municipal Building at 11:55-12:05. There is seating in front of the information desk. We will go to the Boardroom together from there. You can call Paula McPhee on her mobile at 880-6887.


Note: For those participants that would like a more detailed look at this implementation, The City will have Remedy functional and technical analysts available to discuss other topics of interest in more depth after the luncheon.

Full payment must be received from the Registrant four (4) business days prior to an itSMF NAB event or the Registrant will be removed from the enrollment list and will not be guaranteed a place at the event. Registrations cancelled more than four (4) business days before an itSMF SAB event will be eligible for a refund.
