John is a Vice President and Director for Service Management Art with 20 years of IT experience. As a Service Management Consultant he has been active in the ITSM arena for the last 10 years and has delivered numerous industry seminars on IT Service Management and the practical implementation of ITIL. He has recently been engaged in the Energy and Education sectors and has many years experience in the public sector - guiding organizations through consulting, coaching, workshops and training.
John was the founding President of the Southern Alberta Chapter of itSMF Canada and he led the Southern Alberta branch through its first 2 years of growth. John was also the Treasurer for itSMF Canada, overseeing the financial operations of itSMF’s 9 branches and 2000 member organization.

Full payment must be received from the Registrant four (4) business days prior to an itSMF SAB event or the Registrant will be removed from the enrollment list and will not be guaranteed a place at the event. Registrations cancelled more than four (4) business days before an itSMF SAB event will be eligible for a refund.
