DATE: October 30, 2009
TIME: 8:30 am – 11:00 am

Event Details:
Marketers and businesses have used SVM for years to improve customer satisfaction while reducing cost. Now IT departments are starting to apply the same principles to their services, with a focus on enabling the organization’s business strategies. One Size does not fit all, especially for SLAs that meet an organization’s IT services’ needs. This presentation will introduce Service Value Management concepts from the ITIL perspective and link them back to the service delivery and support processes.
