Presentation: Success and Failures of ITSM Implementations in the Real World
Many organizations struggle to implement a successful ITSM project, with multiple efforts at the same issue being attempted every few years. Join Sarah Humes as she provides her perspective on the successes and failures of real life ITSM implementations. She will discuss what to consider when determining which ITSM processes to start first, the importance of process design when selecting a supporting toolset, and the one underlying area that is almost always neglected but is responsible for the failure of over 60% of all ITSM implementation projects…the people.
