Notice of Annual General Meeting of itSMF Inc.
Take notice that a meeting of the members of itSMF Inc. will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. ET at the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel, 231 Carlingview Drive, Toronto, Ontario.

Individual - $150 + GST/HST

Individual Student - $75 + GST/HST
Get the same benefits as an Individual Member.
You must identify your school and use an email address from that school for proof of student status
Corporate 5 Pack - $650 + GST/HST
5 named members, all must be from the same organization/employer.
Benefits:
- Same as Individual Member
- Quarterly update of list of current named members provided to the Primary Contact.
- Savings of $100
Corporate 10 Pack - $1200 + GST/HST
10 named members, all must be from the same organization/employer.
Benefits:
- Same as Individual Member
- Quarterly update of list of current named members provided to the Primary Contact.
- Savings of $300.00 or 2 free members
Corporate 25 Pack - $2500 + GST/HST
25 named members, all must be from the same organization/employer.

Corporate 100 Pack - $6000 + GST/HST
