Notice of Annual General Meeting of itSMF Inc.

Take notice that a meeting of the members of itSMF Inc. will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. ET at the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel, 231 Carlingview Drive, Toronto, Ontario.

ITIL V2 Qualifications Withdrawal

Advance notice for ITIL candidates

Earlier this year, OGC announced its intention to withdraw ITIL V2 publications and qualifications from the market. This process begins in June 2010 with the withdrawal of the ITIL V2 Foundation qualification exams.

The withdrawal schedule for V2 Qualifications exams during 2010 is:

V2 Foundation exams not offered after 30 June 2010
V2 Manager exams not offered after 31 August 2010
V2 Practitioner exams not offered after 31 Dec 2010
Foundation Bridge exams not offered after 31 Dec 2010

All of the above will be available for re-sits until 30 June 2011.

Candidates who wish to take examinations for these certifications should make plans to do so now.
