Most Items

You may return most publications to itSMF Canada within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us at 647-837-1280 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and CLEARLY INDICATE this number on the packaging material before sending it back to us. If your return is shipped to us without a RMA number, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Due to the nature of the industry, materials returned after the 14-day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued once the items are confirmed to be in the same conditions as you received them.

Non-returnable Items

• eBooks, magazines, downloadable PDFs and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened
• Bulk orders of 20 or more copies are non-returnable
• Obsolete or outdated editions
