Come join us! Become a member of itSMF Canada, participate fully in our events, and enjoy the energy of the ITSM community within the National Capital Region.

The itSMF NCR Branch represents the interests of itSMF members in the region. We provide opportunities for members to network, make friends, deepen their knowledge of Service Management, present their concepts and ideas to the community, and contribute to the overall ITSM Body of Knowledge. This is achieved through holding monthly events, with the exception of July and August, on subjects of interest to our members.

Members of itSMF Canada attend the NCR Breakfast Series events for free and enjoy a discounted rate for other professional development activities within Canada and the USA. Non-members are welcome at our events and can attend for a nominal fee.

The itSMF NCR Board is made up of volunteers, and are appointed or elected to their roles. They direct the activities of the branch and plan the events. The current board members are detailed below.

Our corporate vendor community is an important part of Service Management within the NCR. Their continuing sponsorship helps defray the costs of member events and branch operation. They are also a source of valuable subject matter content to the membership.
