Home Page Event Photos Calendar Presentations Welcome to itSMF-BC Come join us! Become a member of itSMF Canada, participate fully in our events, and enjoy the energy of the ITSM community within British Columbia.
The itSMF-BC Branch represents the interests of local itSMF members. We provide opportunities for members to network, make friends, deepen their knowledge of IT Service Management, present their concepts and ideas to the community, and contribute to the overall ITSM Body of Knowledge. This is achieved through holding regular events, with the exception of July and August, on subjects of interest to our members.
We have just completed another very successful on-line ITIL trainining event. Please check our calendar of up-coming exciting events below, as we are continuously looking to serve our local IT community.

Members of itSMF Canada attend local chapter events for free or at a reduced rate and enjoy a discounted rate for other professional development activities within Canada and the USA.
Non-members are welcome at our events and can attend for a nominal fee.

Our corporate vendor community is an important part of Service Management. Their continuing sponsorship helps defray the costs of member events and branch operation. They are also a source of valuable subject matter content to the membership.
