Having grown within IT over the last 21 years and specifically spending the last 12 years leading service sales, infrastructure, applications, architecture, support and delivery teams, Scott has developed a wide range of skills that maintain a service centric approach to IT leadership. His roles as Director, Regional Services for OnX Enterprise Solutions, Director, IT for MasTec Canada, Director, Application Delivery for CP Rail and Manager, IS Operations for AltaLink to name a few have afforded him the opportunity to practice Service Management principles in seven different industries. Scott currently works for Zippered Tiger providing contracted management and architecture services.
